Zöldfűszeres- aszalt paradicsomos mártogatós zöldség csíkokkal

4 főre

150 gr Medve zöldfűszeres szendvicskrém

75 gr fűszeres olajban aszalt paradicsom

fél gerezd fokhagyma

2 szál sárgarépa

2 zellerszár

1 baguett (vagy paillesse)

1 evőkanál olívaolaj

só, bors

Fejenként fél szál répát és fél zellerszárat vágjunk vékony, kb. 5 cm-s hasábokra.

A félig még fagyott kenyeret (baguett vagy paillesse) vágjuk vékony szeletekre, tegyük őket tepsire, locsoljuk meg olívaolajjal, sózzuk, borsozzuk, majd 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben 5-10 perc alatt süssük ropogósra.

A zöldfűszeres sajtkrémet, az aszaltparadicsomot (fűszeres levével együtt), fél gerezd fokhagymát robotgépben krémesre aprítjuk, sózzuk, borsozzuk.

A krémet a kenyérrel és a zöldség hasábokkal tálaljuk.
