Birsalmás bableves
Ez a különleges leves némely család számára teljesen ismeretlen, míg másoknál hagyománynak számít az elkészítése. Érdemes kipróbálni, hiszen mind tápanyagtartalom, mind pedig ízélmény szempontjából kiemelkedő.
Hozzávalók (4 adag):
⦁ 450 g fejtett bab
⦁ 3 nagyobb birsalma
⦁ 140 g 12%-os tejföl
⦁ 1 púpozott ek. liszt
⦁ babérlevél
⦁ só ízlés szerint
Elkészítés: A babot kétszeres mennyiségű hideg vízben feltesszük főzni. Babérlevéllel és sóval ízesítjük. Amikor félig megpuhult hozzáadjuk a hámozott, felkockázott birsalmát. Szükség esetén pótoljuk a vizet. Amikor mindkét alapanyag megpuhult, behabarjuk a levest. Megvárjuk, amíg egyszer felforr és tálaljuk.

Homoktövis „gumicukor”
Ez a fanyar különlegesség nem egy olyan csemege, amit egy ültő helyünkben el kell fogyasztani. Érdemesebb több napra elosztani. A viccesebb végeredmény érdekében a gyerekeknek különleges alakú jégkockatartó formákba önthetjük a masszát, így „gumicukor” figurákat kapunk végeredményként.
Hozzávalók:
⦁ 200 ml homoktövisvelő
⦁ 5 ek. méz / 40 csepp sztívia (ízlés szerint változhat)
⦁ 1 zacskó expressz zselatin
Elkészítés: a homoktövisvelőt egy tálban összekeverjük az expressz zselatinnal és a választott édesítővel. Ekkor még folyékony állagra számítsunk. Az egyveleget adagoljuk jégkockatartóba vagy egy rendelkezésünkre álló tároló dobozba és egy éjszakát pihentessük a hűtőben. Reggelre elnyeri zselés formáját és kockákra tudjuk szeletelni. Hűtőben tároljuk.
