Az Egy burka, egy nadrág (12) nagyon is aktuális kérdés köré szőtt, hamisítatlan francia vígjáték, amely bebizonyítja, hogy a szerelemhez vezető út nem ismer határokat.

Amikor a férfi igazán szerelmes, ha kell a burkát is magára ölti, hogy láthassa elzárt kedvesét.

Egy jemeni idénymunka után muszlim fundamentalistaként tér vissza Mahmoud Párizsba. Szent küldetése, hogy Allah segítségével utat mutasson erkölcstelennek bélyegzett húgának, és eltiltja őt a barátjától. A szerelmesek azonban mindent elkövetnek, hogy láthassák egymást: a fiú burkát öltve érkezik a lopott randevúkra. A terv bejön, csak éppen van egy kis bökkenő: az álca annyira jól sikerül, hogy Mahmoud beleszeret…
