Wan újabb horrorra készül

Hát, ez a James Wan tényleg nem képes nyugodtan megülni a babérjain! Mára ő a világ egyik legsikeresebb producere és rendezője, előbbiről a Démonok között sorozattal és annak leágazásaival, utóbbiról az Aquaman-nel gondoskodott. Gőzerővel dolgozik a Démonok között folytatásán (lesz jövőre Démonok között 3., azután jön az Apáca 2. és a Görbe ember), és közben belekezdett egy új izgalmas projektbe is: Dél-Ausztráliában már forog a Mortal Kombat hatalmas költségvetésű új változata, amelynek szintén lehet pár folytatása, télen pedig nekilát az Aquaman második részének. És úgy tűnik, maradt még egy kis szabad ideje:

A legújabb hírek szerint a New Line Cinema kedvéért még az ősszel visszaül a rendezői székbe, és egy új horror filmet forgat. A film címe és története még titok, csupán annyit tudni róla, hogy maga Wan írja a forgatókönyvet, amelyben Ingrid Bisu (az Apácá-ban Oana nővért alakító színésznő) segíti.

Wan rendezőként kezdte a pályáját, és sokszor nyilatkozta azt, hogy nosztalgiája van a horrorfilmek iránt – úgy tűnik, az Aquaman folytatása elé még épp befér neki egy rémisztő ujjgyakorlat.
