Ez az OCEANUS és a BRIEFING együttműködési modellje, egy kiemelkedően funkcionális szépségű poggyászcímke. Az OCW-T4000 alapján DLC-kezelést alkalmaznak a házon, hogy matt képet adjon, hónolás és hajszálvonal kidolgozással. A szalaghoz prérifarkas színű, eligazító szalagból készült nylonszalagot használnak. A csereszalag puha uretán légballisztikus nylonnal történő laminálásával készül, amelyet a BRIEFING termékekben is használnak. A számlap a Coyote színre épül, amely a BRIEFING-re jellemző katonai szín, a BRIEFING logót pedig pontként kezeljük pirossal. A csomag egy speciális laptoptokot használ. Ami a funkcionalitást illeti, időbeállítási funkcióval van felszerelve egy okostelefon-kapcsolaton keresztül, amely Bluetooth®-t használ. Könnyedén és intuitív módon beállíthatja a világidőt körülbelül 300 városból az alkalmazás képernyőjén.
