    A Magyar Vízilabda Szövetség és az UVSE csütörtök (ma) 21 órától nyilvános, gyertyás, csendes megemlékezést tart a Hajós Alfréd Sportuszoda bejárata előtt Benedek Tibor emlékére.

    A háromszoros olimpiai, világ- és Európa-bajnok vízilabdázó súlyos betegség után, életének 48. évében csütörtök hajnalban hunyt el.


    Benedek Tibort az Emberi Erőforrások Minisztériuma és a Magyar Olimpiai Bizottság (MOB) is a saját halottjának tekinti.
