Október 12-én már többedszerre lép magyar színpadra az elsöprő lendületű gospel-punkkal és sok más izgalmas zenei stílussal is kísérletező Algiers. A banda februárban jelentette meg „Shook” című lemezét, melyet most hat további dallal bővítenek. A „Shook (Deluxe Edition)” kiadványon b-oldalas trackek, alternatív verziók és élő felvételek kaptak helyet, köztük a „Spook” című, mindeddig kiadatlan szerzeménnyel.

A világjárvány és az emberiséget sújtó egyéb nehézségek súlyára a zenekar úgy reagált, hogy a közösség erejéhez fordult: negyedik albumukhoz egy csapat hasonlóan gondolkodó művészt toboroztak össze, ez pedig tökéletes jelképe az őket jellemző közösségkovácsoló erőnek.
