    A budapesti panellakások négyzetméter ára átlagosan 560 ezer forint – közölte a Duna House szerdán az MTI-vel.

    A cég szerint az idei három negyedév és a 2020-as tranzakciós adatokat alapul véve átlagosan 15 százalékkal nőtt az átlagár.


    A legnagyobb mértékben Gazdagrét drágult, négyzetméterenként 646 ezer forint költséggel kell számolni egy lakás vásárlása esetén, a második helyen a Fehérvári úti lakótelep áll, ahol a növekedés helyett normalizálódott az árszínvonal, az egykori listavezető Vizafogó pedig visszacsúszott a harmadik helyre.


    A tranzakciós adatok arra engednek következtetni, hogy míg tavaly Vizafogó, Újpest és Újpalota volt a legnépszerűbb lakótelep a vásárlók körében, addig az idén a 14. kerületbe, a Füredi úti lakótelepre költöztek a legtöbben – közölte a Duna House.
