Új erőre kapott az ingatlanpiac májusban

    Májusban új erőre kapott az ingatlanpiac, országosan 10 187 lakóingatlan cserélt gazdát, ez 2022 júniusa óta a legmagasabb szám – közölte a Duna House cégcsoport az MTI-vel csütörtökön.

    A Duna House saját adatain alapuló becslése szerint az idei májusi adat országosan éves szinten 19 százalékos visszaesést mutat, de 31 százalékkal magasabb az idei legerősebb hónaphoz, márciushoz képest, és 50 százalékos növekedést mutat áprilishoz képest, ami a húsvéti ünnepek miatt alacsonyabb tranzakciószámokat hozott.


    A Duna House szakemberei továbbra is erősödő piaci folyamatokat várnak a következő hónapokban, bár kérdés, hogy a nyári szezonális visszaesés mennyire fogja megtörni ezt az erősödő tendenciát – írták.


    A cégcsoport nemzetközi pénzügyi márkája, a Credipass májusra 48 milliárd forintos forgalmat becsült, amely az előző havi becsült adathoz képest 6 milliárdos, 14 százalékos növekedés, azonban 69 százalékkal alacsonyabb az előző év májusi jegybanki adathoz képest.


    A Duna House az ingatlanpiac erősödésével párhuzamosan a jelzáloghitel-piacon is egyre fokozódó aktivitásra számít az év hátralévő részében.
