Tízből kilencen használt lakást keresnek Magyarországon

Sokkal többen keresnek használt lakást mint újat Magyarországon: tíz emberből kilenc ilyen ingatlant venne – mondta Balogh László, az ingatlan.com vezető gazdasági szakértője szerda reggel az M1 aktuális csatornán.

    Az szakértő emlékeztetett, a csok által igénybe vehető kedvezményes hitelt a használt lakások vásárlására is fel lehet majd használni, s ez nagyon nagy hatással lesz az ingatlanpiacra éppen a fent említettek miatt.
 

   A 25 évre fixált törlesztésű kedvezményes hitel miatt jelentősen nőhet azok köre, akik hitelképesnek számítanak.
 

   A hétvégén bejelentett kormányzati intézkedések hatására valószínűleg az új lakások iránti kereslet sem csökken majd. Magyarországon évente körülbelül 20 ezer új lakás épül, amelyeknek a felét befektetők viszik el – tette hozzá.
