Miles Morales, a népszerű és közismert pókember visszatér. Ismét igazi otthonában, Brooklynban van, újra találkozik Gwen Stacyvel… már jöhetne a nyugis bűnüldözés, de akkor átkerül a multiverzumba, ahol egy csomó pókember van, akiknek az a dolguk, hogy különböző világaikat védjék.
