    Nőtt az új egylakásos családi házak értékesítése az Egyesült Államokban júliusban a washingtoni kereskedelmi minisztérium statisztikai intézete, a Census Bureau pénteki jelentése alapján.

    Az Egyesült Államokban az új egylakásos családi házak értékesítése idén júliusban 10,6 százalékkal nőtt az előző havihoz képest, szezonális kiigazítással évesítve 739 ezerre, ami nyolc hónapja a legtöbb. A piac az eladások csökkenését várta 624 ezerre júliusban.


    Az eladott új házak medián eladási ára 429 800 dollár volt, alacsonyabb az egy évvel korábbi 435 800 dollárnál, míg az átlagos eladási ár 514 800 dollár volt, magasabb a tavaly júliusi 507 600 dollárnál.


    Az idén júliusban eladásra kínált 462 ezer új lakás az aktuális értékesítési arány alapján 7,5 hónapig elegendő a kereslet fedezésére.
