Erősödik az ingatlanpiac

    Az év vége felé erősödik az ingatlanpiac Magyarországon, a Duna House által becsült 8800 tranzakcióval a november az egyik legaktívabb hónap volt idén: az előző hónap eredményeit 12 százalékkal, az előző év novemberét pedig 10 százalékkal haladta meg, és hasonló mértékben nőtt a felvett jelzáloghitelek összege is.

    Az ingatlanközvetítő az MTI-nek szombaton eljuttatott közleményében azt írta decemberre az év végi átlaghoz képest erősebb aktivitással számolnak, így a becsült éves tranzakciószám várhatóan eléri az év elején várt 90-110 ezres sáv alsó értékét – jelezték.


    A cégcsoport nemzetközi pénzügyi márkája, a Credipass adatai alapján a hitelpiacon is az év egyik legerősebb hónapját zárta a piac: a pénzügyi közvetítő 55 milliárd forint szerződéses összegű lakáscélú jelzáloghitel volument becsül idén novemberre, amely 11 százalékos erősödés az egy évvel korábbihoz és 10 százalékos az egy hónappal korábbihoz képest.


    A Credipass adatai alapján a folyósított hitelvolumen növekedésénél lényegesen nagyobb mértékben nőtt a hiteligények beadásának volumene is, amely elsősorban a kifutó otthonteremtési támogatások miatti utolsó rohamnak köszönhető.


    A szeptember-októberi számokat több mint 50 százalékkal haladja meg a novemberi érték, míg a január-februári számoknál háromszor több hitelvolument jelent – tették hozzá.
