A Velencei Nemzetközi Filmfesztivál versenyprogramjában debütált, többek között Charlotte Gainsbourg és Mathieu Kassovitz szereplésével készült A vád kényelmetlen kérdéseket tesz fel, két különböző nézőponttal szemléltetve a jogrendszerünk és a morális értékrendünk között feszülő ellentéteket.

A film tartalma:
Nemi erőszak, vagy egy rosszul sikerült egyéjszakás kaland? Az egyetemista Alexandre pár napra hazalátogat Párizsba. Megismerkedik édesanyja új élettársával, és még aznap este bulizni megy a férfi 17 éves, konzervatív neveltetésű lányával, Milával. Reggelre mindkettőjük élete összeomlik: a lány erőszakkal vádolja meg a fiút. A két fiatal a bíróság előtt meséli el a történteket, ahol a felszínre kerülnek a családjaik közti, világnézetükből és vallásukból fakadó különbségek is.
