Contempo árverés hatodik alkalommal

A Contempo Auctions október 7-én vasárnap 17 órakor tartja hatodik kortárs művészeti árverését a Loffice-ban Művek a XX. század második feléből címmel. A korábbi árverések koncepciójához hasonlóan kevesebb, de annál érdekesebb mű került be az anyagba. Az aukción szereplő 40 munka mindegyike az adott művész életművének egy-egy érdekes, kuriózumnak számító darabja. Elég csak Halász András Festékörlő malmocskáját, Csiky Tibor páratlan Ajka III. című munkáját említeni, amely a 80-as években Svédországban is kiállításra került. Nem kevésbé figyelem felkeltő Méhes Lóránt kaleidoszkópszerű filctollrajza, a Mozaik, vagy Pauer Gyula ezüstözött bronz relief munkája A Torinói lepel arca címmel.

Az aukcióra kerülő munkákat ismételten Tóth Árpád válogatta össze, követve azt a következetes koncepciót, amely szerint az árverések sikerét kizárólag az ott szereplő munkák minősége tudja megadni. A következő, várhatóan decemberben megrendezésre kerülő Contempo aukció fókuszában az első árveréshez hasonlóan a konceptuális művészet áll majd egy vélhetően nagyobb, de hasonlóan izgalmas válogatásban.
