FANTASTIC BEASTS 2

A rajongók kritikusak. És ha új színész bújik egy rég népszerű karakter bőrébe, akkor egyenesen kegyetlenek tudnak lenni. Azt mégis egyhangú helyeslés fogadta, amikor híre kelt, hogy Richard Harris és Michael Gambon után Jude Law veheti magára Harry Potter mentorának köpönyegét: A Legendás Állatok – Grindelwald bűntettei-ben (Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, hazai bemutató: 2018. november) ő keltheti életre a fiatal Dumbledore-t. Az eddig nyilvánosságra került képsorok pedig azt bizonyítják, hogy Wattson doktor és az ifjú pápa után Law ebben a szerepben is nagyszerű lesz.

– Nem próbáltam eljátszani Gambont vagy Harrist fiatalon – mesélte a színész az EW újságírójának. – Amit most játszom, azután vagy 100 év telik el, mire azzá válik, aki Harry Potter tanára lesz. Az ifjú Albusnak hívják, pedig én 45 vagyok, az életközepi válságom legközepén. Egyszerűen egy játékos kedvű, a szabályokat könnyedén átlépő, de sötét titkot őrző figurát játszom. Ebben a filmben Johnny Depp-pel, mármint Grindelwalddal nincs is közös jelenetem. De a Legendás állatok – Grindelwald bűntettei után még hosszan folytatódik ez a történet: bőven lesz alkalom, hogy fejlődjön a figura, felszínre kerüljenek a titkai… bár néhány már ebben a filmben napvilágra kerül.
