Budapesten az átlagos bérleti díjak 130-150 ezer forint körül mozognak

Budapesten a 120 négyzetméternél kisebb panellakásoknál az átlagos bérleti díjak 130 ezer forint, a téglaépítésű lakásoknál pedig átlagosan 150 ezer forint körül mozognak – mondta Balogh László, az ingatlan.com vezető gazdasági szakértője szerdán az M1 aktuális csatornán.

A szakértő kiemelte, hogy szerdán este hozzák nyilvánosságra a felsőoktatási felvételi ponthatárokat, így az érintett családok csütörtökön kezdenek el kollégiumi férőhelyet, illetve albérletet keresni.

Az egyetemvárosok közül példaként említette, hogy Győrben 109 ezer forintos, Kecskeméten 106 ezer forintos, Debrecenben pedig 100 ezer forintos átlagos albérletárakkal számolhatnak a kiadó lakást kereső fiatalok.

Megjegyezte ugyanakkor, hogy a kollégiumi lakhatás jóval kedvezőbb, hiszen ez havonta átlagosan 15-16 ezer forintból megoldható.

Balogh László szerint 2016 végén országszerte, állami fenntartásban körülbelül 45 ezer kollégiumi férőhely állt a felsőoktatásban résztvevők rendelkezésére.
