    Visszafogottság jellemzi az év végi albérletpiacot, az országos bérleti díjak novemberben 0,2 százalékkal, a fővárosiak pedig 0,1 százalékkal nőttek az előző hónaphoz képest, éves összevetésben 12 százalékos az országos lakbérek drágulása – közölte az Ingatlan.com kedden az MTI-vel a KSH-ingatlan.com lakbérindex elemzés alapján.

    Kiemelték, hogy december közepén a budapesti kiadó lakások és házak átlagos bérleti díja 240 ezer forint, a vármegyeszékhelyeken 80-200 ezer forint volt.


    Az ingatlan.com adatai szerint december közepére a jellemző kínálat alapján a fővárosban a legnagyobb számú albérletet nyújtó XI. és XIII. kerületben 240 ezer, illetve 250 ezer forint volt az átlagos havi bérleti díj. A legdrágább az I. kerület 300 ezer forinttal, a legolcsóbb pedig továbbra is a XXIII. kerület 180 ezer forinttal.


    A vármegyeszékhelyek közül Győrben a legmagasabb az átlagos bérleti díj, 200 ezer forint. Utána következik Debrecen és Székesfehérvár 188 ezer és 178 ezer forinttal. A legolcsóbb pedig Salgótarján 80 ezer forintos összeggel – közölte az Ingatlan.com
